Actually, there are a lot of new trends from callers. I will start with this one.
Since Keen has established a new rule in which advisors are no longer allowed to leave feedback, it appears as though a lot of callers are taking on psychic sounding names, likely with the intention of fooling the advisors into taking their calls without reservation.
